My Experience

As I was lying on a table the acupuncturist explained to me that she would place needles in different parts of my body. She said she would place some around my ankles, the back of my wrist, on either side of my nostrils, and in the middle of my forehead above the bridge of my nose. She then asked me to lie down and relax.

There was no pain during the experience and afterwards I felt fine. The treatment seemed to help with my sinuses for a while, but I really need more than one treatment and more time to see if it helps long term.

My Advice

Go with an open mind. For me there was no pain.
