About the rating

I had severe stomach pain and excessive vomiting; my doctor said that I needed my gallbladder removed.

I arrived at the hospital and changed into a gown. I showed the nurse that I had small blood vessels so she placed bags filled with hot water in the crooks of my arms. They then inserted IVs into my arms. The doctor came in to see me before the procedure. I received some anesthesia and was then rolled into the operating room. I received more anesthesia — gas. I woke up a couple hours later without a gallbladder.

I was really tired after the operation. It took about a week to recover.

My Advice

Don’t eat anything too crazy after the procedure because it could make you feel sick.
