My Experience

I had several broken noses/nose injuries and recurring sinus infections. My doctor recommended surgery to correct my deviated septum and reduce the potential of getting sinus infections.

The staff all thoroughly explained the procedure and reassured me that everything would be fine — they were great. In their explanations, the entire staff was detailed, pleasant and helpful. The nurses, anesthesiologist and surgeon were all incredible before (I assume during) and after!

After the surgery, my sinuses/nose was sore and stuffy, but I was relieved the procedure was completed successfully.

My Advice

Choose a team – the doctor, nurses and staff – that communicate very well with you and that you trust.
