About the rating

I had a massage to provide stress relief post ACL reconstruction surgery.

The massage therapist came to my house. She brought her table. It was three days since I had surgery. I asked her not to touch the leg where I had knee surgery. She used neuromuscular and deep tissue massage to relieve stress in my shoulders, head and neck and lower my stress to contribute to healing.

Afterwards, I felt more relaxed and, as per the massager’s instructions, I drank a lot of water.

My Advice

Consider massage post surgery. Always alert your massage therapist to the area of your surgery. You should check with your doctor prior to getting a massage post surgery.
