My Experience
I had tight hamstrings and so scheduled a 30-minute sports massage.
The practitioner taught me a five-point check-in for body awareness and then had me change and lie down. She worked on my legs, stretching and massaging me while making behavioral recommendations.
Afterwards, I felt sore but looser. To recover, I rested and drank water.
My Advice
Be honest and detailed about tight spots on your body.
