My Experience
I had BriteSmile at the dentist’s office. The dentist and his assistant made me comfortable in the chair, offered a movie and headphones, and began the procedure. First, the dentist evaluated the shade of my teeth with samples. Next, he took a digital photo to compare/document the results. After explaining the BriteSmile process, he applied a gel to my teeth and focused a special light on them. He then re-applied the whitening gel every 20 minutes for one hour.
Afterwards, I felt fine except for hot/cold sensitivity for 24 hours. I was instructed to avoid coffee, red wine and other dark pigmented foods and beverages for 24 hours.
My Advice
Drink your coffee, have your teeth whitened in the morning, and 24 hours later you have your morning buzz with brighter teeth. Also, you can maintain the color with BriteSmile pens.
