Zero Balancing

(Applying finger pressure and held stretches to balance body structure and energy as a complementary form of healing)

Home > Procedures > Zero Balancing

Zero balancing, a form of energy medicine, seeks to align a person’s energy with the physical structure of their body to promote wellness. The practitioner delivers the treatment by using finger pressure and held stretches on a fully-clothed person’s body. A person receiving treatment lies on their back, and the practitioner will often begin at the lower back, and then move to legs and feet, and then upper body and head, and then return to the feet. A session will generally last 20 to 40 minutes.
